We never charge a “trip fee” or a “diagnostic fee” just for showing up at your door. Our visit is on us.
Wholesale-Plus Filter Costs
No matter the brand, size, or material, you pay just 25% above our cost for the filters. Whether you need a standard pleated filter or a high-efficiency MERV 13, you get professional-grade filters at a fraction of the retail price.
Flat Labor Rate
We charge a simple $20 labor fee per filter changed. If your home has two filters, your labor total is $40.
Free Disposal
We take your old, dusty filters with us for proper disposal at no extra charge.
Save More with the Quiet Quarterly Plan
The best way to protect your HVAC system is consistency. When you sign up for our Quiet Quarterly Plan, we visit your home four times a year (every three months). By committing to a year of clean air, you receive a 10% discount on your total annual service.
Here’s how it works: take the cost of your first service, multiply by four, then subtract 10%. That’s your total annual cost, divided into four equal payments. You’ll never forget to change your filters again, and you’ll save money doing it.
Pay only when the work is done. If we don’t change a filter, you don’t pay. It’s that simple.
